Simple support for damaged arrivals.

Because pillows are personal-use items, returns are limited. EternaSleep only accepts returns when the pillow is unopened and damaged upon arrival.

Return eligibility

Unopened and damaged only.

To request a return review, your pillow must be unopened, unused, and damaged when it arrives.

  • The pillow must remain unopened and unused.
  • The damage must be visible upon arrival.
  • You must contact us with your order information.
  • Photos of the package and damaged item are required for review.

01 / Damaged Arrival

Take photos first.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and product before opening or using the pillow. This helps us review the issue clearly.

02 / Unopened Item

Keep it sealed.

Returns are only accepted if the pillow is unopened and unused. Opened pillows cannot be returned due to hygiene and product safety reasons.

03 / Email Support

Send your request.

Email us with your order details, delivery date, and photos of the damage so we can review your return request.
